no work no job no money no food and a holy week indeed

Justify Fullahh its almost holy week.. a time to rest and a time to reflect. for the past five years after my college graduation it has been a wonder for me how I expected my life to be somewhere in a corporate world managing papers and endless businness meetings has come to a sudden halt and ending into somebody that is hoping to somebody would read my blog and hopefully somebody would eventually become a follower of my out of this world write ups.

One thins is for sure though of all those time I am still inlove with my most favorite past times of all which is food trip. However im into a brink of having no job at all because of my decision to become a teacher ( which i really recented) and now no company would hire because of that... and worse i won't be able to roam around davao lurking for some new discoveries of hidden palate destinations waiting to be discovered. Thus for now, let me take you to some destinations i've been through for the past two months.. :)

Last march 19 my girlfriend's friend kristine came to davao for a 4 day visit. :) And yup this little guy here is the all time tour director and service driver ofcourse :) hehehe... We give our best to give kristine the perfect shortest vacation ever here in Davao and what better way than to have a day tour at pearl farm! :)

Swiss Deli

Naturally, this has to be the first place that I must feature on our food trip.
So let me begin to where Swiss Deli is located. The place is Fronting DAMOSA compound and besides Chevrolet Davao on the northern part of the City and just about a 10 minute drive from the hear t of the city. Just look for a cross that is under the overpass just besides a traffic light.
As you enter the premesis you will be greeted by the resto guard and, the very first thing that you would notice is their store area. Swiss Deli offers imported beers and wine an gourmet insatiables to buy (and smell around too). This is where the Chef to be of Davao would normally converge and talk about what could be the best ingredients for their next secret recipe. This is also the last place to in the City to run out of Haagen- Daz (did I spelled the ice cream correctly? )

The Place is really neat and a very professional athmosphere and yet it has a sense of warmth and cozyness due to their very accomodating waiter and waitresses who are by the way dressed smart and which you could actually entrust your orders to them.
And why should i forgot the food??? The food is just simply amazing! Wow! Talk about a gourmet meal and a super fast serving time rolled into one. Though the resto is a bit pricy under Davao Conditions, but hey i would gladly empty my pocket for such a sumptous meal!

Location: 15 minute away from the city
Service: Excellent
Neatness: Superb!
Food: Wowowwee!

Price for a dinner for two: 600 Php - 1,500 Php average

Their special ice tea is a drink to have!
Here is chin2x having fun with the hot kalamansi and special Ice Tea,Peek kaboo!

a LARGE PARKING SPACE for the patrons! :)

Davao's Best Places to eat

This is my first blog and I am torn between the idea of whether i should write about photography ( to which is my passion however i am at no good at it.) or should i write about food. Hhhhmmm... After a few small elemental thinking for about 3 mins ( it really is not that long for me to decide) I decided that i should follow where my heart really is, ( And it was'nt in my chest, as most of you may know its in my tummy) and that is all about food. And what better topic could I write about food but about the best places to eat at Davao. I will try to do my very best to give justice to the heavenly yummy places to eat here in Davao.

This blog shall be updated daily by featuring one "must be places to eat in Davao". As according to my pallate. I shall also be talking about their services, their very best to offer the buck you would have to bring for you to get a taste of their awesome dishes.
